Registration is closed. The total number of registrations has reached the capacity limit of the conference venue. By laws, ICSDS cannot accommodate more participants and its registration is now closed.
Note: please make sure you have received a registration confirmation email from IMS. The email contains your registration number which you need to submit your abstract.
ICSDS Banquet will be a three course dinner with champaign reception at the beautiful 'Palais de la Méditerranée', at Hyatt Regency Nice.
The conference catering and the banquet from Hyatt Regency are more expensive than expected. After hard negotiations, the cost remains high: Euro 46 per lunch and Euro 120 per banquet. Nonetheless, to incentivize participants to partake lunch/banquet to foster more interactions and to make meals more affordable to all, the participants will be charged only USD 30 per lunch, USD 90 per banquet, and have an all-inclusive option (3 lunches + 1 banquet) for USD 170.
Registration fees
Registration fee covers rentals of conference facility and equipment, canapés and refreshments for receptions and coffee breaks.
